Payment for services may be made with cash, local checks, credit cards, medical insurance savings plans or pre-authorized Workers Compensation insurance. Terms and hours of operation are subject to change.
• Late arrival for procedures will result in a full charge and require rescheduling. Consideration for true emergencies are acknowledged.
• Wellness Programs and Retreats
  • 21 or more days 50% of non-refundable deposit
  • Thereafter, special consideration may be given, and we can’t promise to fill your space to allow the refund.  Personal recommendations to take your space must be reviewed and accepted by the program director.
  • No refund will be given for early departure.
